At Snug Paws, we want you and your dog to be happy with every order.

Returns

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
